History of Lord’s Angels Montessori School, Inc.

@LAMS… CHARACTER STRENGTHENED, POTENTIALS NURTURED!

The LORD’S ANGELS MONTESSORI SCHOOL, INC. molds the minds and hearts of the youth with golden values that were continuously honed for many years.

LAMS has climbed the ladder of success. Reminiscing the past arouses its effort to do well in the future.

It was formerly known as Lord’s Angels Development Centre and was founded in April 1994 in #130 Dahlia St. Alido Heights Subdivision, Malolos, Bulacan by Miss Belinda B. Bartolome, the Chairman of the Board/ President of the school. The said learning center offered quality education and other scholastic needs of the Pre-Elementary pupils.

On May 29, 1994, the formal inauguration and blessing of the school were made together with four teachers, three non-teaching and two administrative staff. Only eighteen (18) pupils comprised the Lord’s angels Development Centre’s enrollment then.

The small population of the school staff and the pupils did not serve as a hindrance but a challenge that set the founder to meet the idealism which is for the development of the child’s educational foundation outreached by the school.

LAMS has extended its branch school in Rocka Village II, Tabang, Plaridel, Bulacan in the year 2000 to cater students from Pre-elementary to High school levels. After a year, the school’s main campus opened its annex building located at #178 Dahlia St., Alido Heights Subdivision, Malolos, Bulacan for Pre-elementary, Elementary and High School students.

LAMS was able to reach a population of more than five hundred students, which was far flung from the meager number of enrollees of eighteen a few years back.

Our desire of giving quality service does not end up there. Presently, our students from LAMS Main in Malolos are now enjoying a newly constructed three-storey building that houses 2 well- designed classrooms for pre-elementary and six spacious classrooms for Elementary to ensure a favorable learning atmosphere and a nurturing environment for your children.

Although our space and our classes have grown and some of the faces on the campus have changed, LAMS has maintained the focus initially dreamed of by our founder. It is still an intimate, Montessori learning community that honors the learning styles, temperaments, and multiple intelligences of all children.

The Senior High School Department Building was established in 2016 which housed more than 400 Grade 11 students on that school year. It was built across the LAMS Annex building in Dahlia St., Alido Subd, City of Malolos, Bulacan. The LAMS Senior High School Department has produced quality graduates for 2 years now.

In 2019, LAMS has opened its Senior High School Extension in Bangkal, City of Malolos, Bulacan which will start classes come June 2019.

The school continues to thrive by offering excellence in Montessori education. LAMS’ stability is due to the generosity of the whole school community: board members, parents, faculty and staff, who gave of themselves for the benefit of these children and, the children of the future.

LAMS has been committed to the full development of young children by maintaining an environment that provides the students with the intellectual, spiritual, emotional, social, physical and societal skills necessary to fulfill their dreams.
